Here we are off to London! Well, Baltimore for the first stop.  A travel book worth reviewing!

The flight was full, but on time. Actually,  almost early landing at BWI, but we had to circle because something was on the runway. Joanie picked us up right away and off we went to Soph's house in Oden to pick her up. What a nice lady!

We then went to a local pub for hard crabs. Yum! Old Bay, butter, and crabs. The company was excellent and the beer was good (Murphy's because I-am-on-VACATION!).

After taking Soph home, we were off to church. Made it with 2 minutes to spare. What a service--multiple cameras, dual screens projecting the action, a five-piece jazz band, public service announcements, and lighting effects! Wow!

Then home to Joanie's house, to install her new printer (HP--very nice) and then Eddie and Joyce came over for cocktails.  Now after 8 PM and trying to figure out this blog thing.

Tomorrow (Sunday, 8/26), is breakfast (various people are coming before and after they attend services or are off to golf) and then a workout at Meadow Mills (not positive of that location) and then leave for BWI at 6 PM or so. There might be a stop to Talbot's discount store and a visit to the Maryland State Fair before the airport.

  3. We ended up having Western omlettes and terrific conversation. The Os toast (white toast the Orioles trademark O branded in) was a big hit!
